Lekatex was established in Istanbul by a family that has operated in the textile industry since 1965. The company entered the textile industry with lace and expanded its product range with velvet, linen, weaving, and jacquards throughout the years. Lekatex is currently exporting its designs worldwide.

The company bought a factory in Belgium back in 2010 and later moved all its production facilities to Turkey in 2020, where the textile industry has a strong presence and foundation. The company, which exports to more than 20 countries in Asia, Europe, and America, produces its own designs and prepares a different collection every two months according to yearly trends.

Certified to meet IMO A.652(16) fire safety standards, Lekatex supplies fabrics to some of the world’s most distinguished hotels and cruise lines.
